Contract Investment Accounting & Cash Management Analyst (Financial Institution) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial closing by preparing accounting journals for bank charges, merchant fees, bank revaluation and other cash related entries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts; investigate outstanding items and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Manage daily cash positions and cash flow projections across Singapore businesses to support liquidity requirements and optimise utilisation of available funds.
• Work with external service providers on bank reconciliation activities including new account onboarding, matching rule enhancements, discrepancy resolution and SLA monitoring.
• Maintain process and control documentation; identify opportunities to strengthen reconciliation controls and improve the efficiency and accuracy of existing workflows.
• Support internal and external audits relating to bank reconciliations and participate in assignments across Investment Accounting, Fund Operations and Cash Management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in bank reconciliation, cash management, treasury operations, investment accounting or finance operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of month end closing, journal entries and account reconciliations.
