About the Role

Join an established consumer brand in a hands-on commercial role driving sales growth, retail expansion and regional business development across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Identify and secure new customers, retail accounts and distribution opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, business plans and presentations.

• Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Retail & FMCG

• Manage relationships with retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, hypermarkets and specialty stores.

• Drive product launches, promotions, trade marketing and in-store activations.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and new product introductions.

Regional Expansion

• Identify and develop distributors, importers and business partners across Southeast Asia.

• Manage distributor relationships across Malaysia, Cambodia and other regional markets.

• Negotiate commercial terms, distribution arrangements and business plans.

• Conduct market research and undertake regional travel when required.

B2B & Commercial Support

• Develop opportunities within B2B, institutional and commercial hygiene channels.

• Work with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to support customer fulfilment and business initiatives.

• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline preferred.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management or Channel Development.

• Experience in FMCG, consumer products, household, personal care, baby care or related industries.

• Strong understanding of the Singapore FMCG / retail landscape.

• Proven track record in new business development and revenue growth.

• Experience with retailers, distributors or regional markets is highly advantageous.

• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.

• Comfortable with regional travel when required.
