ID Administration Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IAM team’s daily operations and workload allocation.

• Oversee the creation, deletion, resetting and suspension of user accounts across operating systems and applications.

• Ensure all access requests are processed accurately and within the agreed service levels.

• Review user ID and privileged-access revalidation exercises and ensure deviations are remediated promptly.

• Perform quality checks to minimise errors, rework, security risks and client complaints.

• Manage operational issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams.

• Monitor team performance, ticket volumes, backlogs and SLA achievement.

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to the line manager and client stakeholders.

• Coach team members and ensure compliance with access-control procedures, security policies and customer-site requirements.

• Support audits, process reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• At least three years of experience in ID Administration, Active Directory or Identity and Access Management.

• Previous team lead or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Good understanding of IT security, access controls and privileged-access management.

• Strong troubleshooting, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage confidential user-access information securely.

• Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare environment.
