Jobs Responsibilities

• Execute risk based compliance monitoring and testing reviews to provide independent assurance over the effectiveness of regulatory controls.
• Conduct surveillance and thematic reviews across key banking regulations.
• Define testing scopes, select appropriate samples and evaluate findings to identify regulatory gaps, control weaknesses and areas requiring remediation.
• Develop monitoring tools, testing aids and reporting materials to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of compliance assurance activities.
• Consolidate monitoring results and regulatory information for reporting to Senior Management, Board, Head Office and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support regulatory inspections and internal or external audits by coordinating information requests, preparing responses and following up on review matters.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in regulatory compliance, compliance monitoring, compliance testing, assurance, audit or risk within financial services is preferred.
