Contract Client Onboarding Analyst (KYC / Compliance) - Foreign Bank #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and account governance activities, ensuring cases are handled accurately and in line with established banking controls.
• Review onboarding workflows and client information to ensure documentation and data standards meet applicable Singapore and Hong Kong requirements.
• Monitor regulatory and procedural developments; assess operational impact and support updates to relevant onboarding practices.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of client records, signatures and document images while adhering to data access and safekeeping controls.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations and other internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding or governance issues and escalate exceptions appropriately.
• Support regulatory, audit and internal review requests by retrieving relevant information, maintaining supporting records and following up on identified matters.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in client onboarding, KYC, banking operations, compliance support or client lifecycle management is preferred.
