1 Year Contract Fund Manager / Investor KYC Specialist (Hedge Funds/Private Equity) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage investor level KYC activities across Hedge Fund and Private Equity structures, covering new investor onboarding, ongoing reviews, remediation and recertification.
• Review investor profiles and supporting documents to assess compliance with applicable Cayman Islands and Singapore MAS AML/KYC requirements.
• Perform due diligence checks including sanctions, PEP, adverse media and Beneficial Ownership reviews; investigate exceptions and escalate higher risk cases appropriately.
• Support the full Investor Services lifecycle from fund onboarding to daily BAU activities, including investor static data maintenance, account unblocking and documentation follow ups.
• Coordinate FATCA and CRS documentation, tax self certifications and related reporting requirements while ensuring cases are completed within established service standards.
• Work directly with investors, clients and internal Fund Services teams to resolve KYC matters; contribute to audits, regulatory exercises and improvements to KYC processes.

Job Requirements

• Relevant Fund Administration experience covering Hedge Funds and/or Private Equity is preferred.
• Hands on experience in investor level KYC and Investor Services operations, including onboarding and BAU servicing.
• Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, sanctions, PEP, adverse media and Beneficial Ownership requirements would be advantageous.
