1 Year Contract Sales Compliance Audit Analyst (Bank) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Perform independent sales audit checks in accordance with the MAS Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework and established internal policies and procedures.
• Conduct client surveys, documentation checks, mystery shopping reviews and assessments of complaints relating to investment sales activities.
• Monitor BSC results, identify root causes of significant lapses or recurring issues and follow up on appropriate remediation actions.
• Independently review customer complaints relating to investment sales and assess cases against applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
• Conduct BSC related training for new employees and provide guidance to supervisors on audit checks and complaint investigation requirements.
• Support enhancement and automation of sales audit processes through RPA, system automation and AI; keep controls updated with regulatory and process developments.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in banking, sales compliance, risk, audit, controls or investment related operations.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations and/or the Balanced Scorecard Framework is advantageous.
