At The Lab, we're on a mission to equip the next generation with computational thinking, problem-solving, and creativity through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic educators to inspire students aged 8–14 years old in programming and robotics.
No prior programming teaching experience? That's perfectly fine! If you have a passion for education and enjoy working with children, we'll provide comprehensive training and equip you with everything you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
Conduct fun, interactive programming and robotics classes for children aged 8–14 years.
Guide students through hands-on projects using coding, robotics, game development, and AI-related technologies.
Foster computational thinking, logical reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents when required.
Prepare classroom equipment and ensure lessons run smoothly.
Work closely with the curriculum and operations teams to deliver an exceptional learning experience.
Continuously improve your teaching techniques through regular training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
Passionate about education and inspiring young learners.
Enjoys interacting with children and teenagers.
Patient, energetic, and able to communicate concepts clearly.
Responsible, punctual, and highly dependable.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable learning new technologies and teaching methodologies.
Basic understanding of computational thinking or logical problem-solving is an advantage.
Prior teaching, coaching, tutoring, enrichment, or childcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience working with children or young people is preferred.
Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
Must be willing to work on weekends.
Five-day work week comprising 3 weekdays and both Saturday & Sunday.
Comfortable speaking and engaging with both children and parents.
Training Provided
You do not need to be an expert programmer to join us.
