At The Lab, we believe every child has the potential to become a confident problem solver and creative thinker. We are looking for enthusiastic educators to join our team in teaching programming and robotics to children aged 10-14.
No prior programming experience? That's perfectly fine. Training will be provided.
We value your ability to connect with children more than your technical background. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with the programming, robotics, and teaching skills needed to deliver our curriculum confidently.
What You'll Do
Teach on weekends programming and robotics classes to children aged 10–14.
Deliver lessons using The Lab's structured curriculum and teaching resources.
Create a positive, engaging, and encouraging classroom environment.
Guide students in developing computational thinking, creativity, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Monitor each child's learning progress and provide feedback to parents when required.
Prepare classroom materials and ensure equipment is well maintained.
Work closely with fellow teachers to continually improve the learning experience.
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and school events when required.

Passionate about teaching and inspiring young children.
Enjoys interacting with children aged 10-14, young teens.
Patient, energetic, and able to engage young learners.
Responsible, organised, and punctual.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive team player with a willingness to learn.
Comfortable using technology and open to learning programming and robotics.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
At least 1–2 years of experience working with children (teaching experience is an advantage but not required).
Available to work on weekends (mandatory).
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Interest in STEM, coding, robotics, or technology education is a plus.
Training will be provided for all programming and robotics content.
