We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional for an immediate start to manage our key administrative functions. You will directly support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in executing strategic projects, maintaining vital partnerships, and servicing our membership base.
Position Overview
Role Title: Executive, Projects & Partnerships
Hiring Status: Urgent (Immediate availability required)
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Convertible based on performance)
Work Schedule: 5 Days per week, Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,500 per month
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for active initiatives.
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Compile data and draft progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Partnership Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate and strategic partners.
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for high-level partner meetings.
Maintain and update the partner database with current contact details and agreements.
Membership Services
Oversee the onboarding process for new members and handle renewal administrative tasks.
Respond promptly to member enquiries regarding benefits, events, and billing.
Manage the membership database to ensure all records are accurate and secure.
Executive Support
Assist the CEO with calendar management and scheduling related to projects and partnerships.
Job Requirements
Availability: Immediate or short notice (maximum 1 week).
Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate administration, project coordination, or account management.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/database management tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement.
Attributes: High level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
