Job Title: Purchasing Assistant (ID4815)
Location: : Chin Bee Ave (Boon Lay)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: $2800-$3000

Key Responsibilities
• Translate Japanese product labels, specifications, and related documents into English.
• Maintain and update product master lists and purchasing records.
• Verify product information, including ingredients, nutritional information, packaging
details, and product specifications.
• Assist in checking Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements under the guidance of
the Purchasing Manager.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for import and export activities.
• Support communication with headquarters in Japan, overseas offices, suppliers, and
internal departments regarding product information and documentation.
• Organize and maintain purchasing records and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Purchasing team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
