Facilities Maintenance Technician (MNC / Central) [EL]

Role Summary

Reporting to the Department Head, the Facility Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and operational readiness of the factory's facilities, utilities, and building systems. This role manages facility maintenance, contractor performance, renovation projects, and statutory compliance while supporting continuous business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, face recognition, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate statutory servicing for fire protection systems, air-conditioning units, machinery, and other facility assets.
• Manage external contractors, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, work scheduling, supervision, and completion verification.
• Support office and factory renovation projects, including contractor coordination and project monitoring.
• Liaise with building management on facility operations, renovation approvals, and environmental compliance.
• Assist with office and production floor space planning.
• Handle purchasing documentation, including PRs and POs.
