Facility Technician (5 days / MNC / Central) [EL]

Role & Responsibilities

The Facility Technician is responsible for maintaining the factory's facilities, utilities, and building infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment. The role oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, contractor coordination, renovation projects, and facility systems while supporting the smooth daily operation of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of factory facilities and equipment.
• Maintain safety and security systems, including burglar alarms, door access, face recognition, and CCTV systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including routine inspections, air-conditioning servicing, lighting maintenance, machine servicing, and water dispenser maintenance.
• Coordinate fire safety equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Source, coordinate, and supervise external contractors and vendors for maintenance, servicing, and renovation works.
• Liaise with the building management office on renovation permits, safety requirements, and facility-related matters.
• Support office and factory renovation projects, including space planning and layout drafting.
• Prepare purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and other maintenance-related administrative documentation.
