Executive [Governance & Administration/Govt]

• Location: Alexandra
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.00pm (Friday)
• Salary: $2,700 to $4,000 per month + Completion bonus
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Process grant applications, claims and disbursements, including verifying supporting documents and preparing offer letters.
• Liaise with applicants and internal stakeholders on grant-related enquiries and follow-ups.
• Support data collection, reporting and presentation of grant and project information.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement, finance administration and calendar management.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events and divisional operations.
• Support the review of policies, SOPs, grant systems and other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management or any related field.
• At least 1 year of grant management experience would be an advantage
