BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand manpower and recruitment services.
• Identify new markets, clients and business opportunities through market research and industry analysis.
• Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, market penetration and business expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, business partners and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and evaluate potential business opportunities and proposals.
• Manage business forecasts, budgets, targets and performance to achieve commercial objectives.
• Lead, coach and supervise the business development team to achieve performance targets.
• Prepare business analysis and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Strong experience in business development, market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and market trends.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, targets and business performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven leadership capabilities.
• Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
