Product Operations Specialist (EUC / Government Sector)

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of technology products and services. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors and business users to coordinate operational activities, manage service delivery and improve processes.

• Working Location: Central
• Salary Packge: UP to $9000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day product and operational activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance, service levels and contractual commitments.
• Support procurement and tender activities, including requirements gathering, documentation and evaluation coordination.
• Maintain contract records and support renewals, extensions and variations.
• Coordinate purchase requests, invoices, payments and other administrative processes with relevant teams.
• Track budgets, operational activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate product/service deployment, onboarding, replacement and lifecycle activities.
• Manage operational issues and work with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, reports and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new processes, systems and tools.
• Coordinate pilots, trials and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) where required.
• Gather feedback and operational data to support product and service improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product operations, IT operations, vendor management, procurement, contract administration or related roles.
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with procurement, tender and contract management processes.
• Experience coordinating projects or operational activities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, reports and operational data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience working in technology or IT-related environments.
• Experience with procurement or competitive tender exercises.
• Experience supporting product/service lifecycle activities.
• Experience coordinating pilots, trials or phased rollouts.
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
