Sales Support/ Inside Sales Representative #JTL

• Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to support business growth and achieve sales objectives.
• Coordinate supply and demand planning between headquarters and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and product availability.
• Provide sales support to the commercial team to achieve sales targets, budgets and business objectives.
• Support annual budget and mid-term business planning, including consolidation and analysis of marketing and sales data.
• Conduct market analysis and business development activities to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote and support the sales of electronic components across the ASEAN, India and ANZ markets.
• Coordinate PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) planning and operations with the Sales team and HQ to align supply with customer demand.
• Build strong working relationships with business partners, distributors and customers to ensure effective sales and order coordination.
• Monitor market and sales performance, identify business opportunities and provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates and business strategies for discussion with management and HQ.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences.
• Able to travel 3 times to Asian countries every 6 months period.
