HR Generalist (1 year to Perm) #JTL

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coordinate performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on HR policies and practices.
• Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the implementation of HR projects, policies, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Arts or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
