Customer Service Representative (Order Processing) #JTL

• Manage customer orders by accurately entering and processing order details in internal systems.
• Build strong customer relationships by responding to enquiries, clarifying order requirements and providing timely order updates.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and delivered according to customer requirements.
• Monitor and track order status, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates and reports.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly, working with relevant teams to achieve effective solutions.
• Support purchase and sales activities, including coordinating orders, documentation and related administrative processes.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure the wider team runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
• With knowledge in cash conversion calculation
• Proficient in MS Office
