Sales & Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive the company's growth by identifying new consulting opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

The role is primarily focused on B2B business development and consultative sales. The successful candidate will develop relationships with education-sector decision-makers, understand their business challenges, introduce relevant consulting solutions, and manage opportunities through to closure.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who is confident in prospecting, networking, pitching, negotiating, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve agreed revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Identify and target potential clients including schools, universities, colleges, training providers, education groups, and education businesses.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers including owners, founders, CEOs, principals, directors, and senior management.
• Generate new business through cold outreach, referrals, networking, industry events, partnerships, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospective clients' business, operational, and growth challenges.
• Identify opportunities where the company's consulting services can create measurable value.
• Develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, proposals
