Job Title: Space Data & CAD Support
Job Type: Contract - 1 Year
Location: Central, Singapore

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Temporary Space Data & CAD Support professional to support site validation, space data collection, CAD updates and documentation for laboratory and facilities projects. The role focuses on maintaining accurate space information, updating drawings and supporting facilities data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site walks and validate room layouts, space usage and equipment locations.
• Collect, verify and maintain accurate room and space data.
• Review and update floor plans, layouts and CAD drawings.
• Prepare drawing mark-ups based on site findings.
• Support space data preparation.
• Maintain project trackers, drawings and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and follow up on missing or incomplete information.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Built Environment, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in CAD drafting, site validation, facilities or engineering projects is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret floor plans and layouts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to work on-site as required for validation and data collection activities.
