Supply Chain Executive, S$8K, 12-month, CBD

Job Summary:

Leading transformational Route to Market initiatives across the region. The role focuses on delivering complex projects involving distribution center design and setup, logistics outsourcing, transportation network redesign, and 3PL contract management.

This position requires project leadership capabilities, deep operational understanding of country level supply chains, and the ability to drive change across cross functional and cross country teams.

The role spans end to end supply chain transformation, ensuring optimized logistics networks, efficient warehouse operations, improved KPI measurements and robust delivery models that elevate service levels and customer experience

Job Scope:

• Strategic & Cross Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Regional and Country Supply Chain leaders to translate strategic RTM direction into executable project plans.
• Facilitate alignment across Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and IT during RTM and logistics transitions.
• Serve as the liaison with external 3PL/4PL partners during design, implementation, and stabilization stages.
• Transformation Route to Market Projects
• Lead assessments of current country logistics models, identifying gaps and recommending optimized RTM frameworks.
• Drive logistics tendering processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and onboarding of logistics partners.
• Develop transport and warehousing operating models that balance service performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Project Management:
• Own project charters, timelines, governance structures, and risk management plans.
• Track progress rigorously using structured PM methodologies (PMP/Prince2 is good to have).
• Provide transparent updates, dashboards, milestone tracking, and escalation management to leadership.
• Ensure projects meet cost, service, quality, compliance, and timeline commitments

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Project management within Nutrition/Healthcare/Pharma industry
• Proven experience in project management for:
• Warehouse/DC setup or transitions
• Logistics outsourcing or 3PL management
• Transport network optimization
• Route to Market transformation
• Experience working with 3PL/4PL providers and logistics contract management.
• Understanding of country level supply chain operations, ideally in APAC.
• Experience in change management, stakeholder alignment, and cross functional leadership.
• Familiarity with CI tools (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC)
• Analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools

Additional Information:

• Salary – Up to S$8K per month + 1-month bonus
• Contract duration: 12-month contract
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis
