📍 Location: Jurong East
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.00pm / 9.00am – 6.30pm
📅 Contract: Till End Dec 2026
💰 Salary: $2600- 2800

Job Scope:

• • Administer day to day operations of grants, including processing of applications, variations, candidate onboarding and claims.
• • Validate claims documents and prepare for Finance disbursement, & where relevant, provide findings to the OIC for evaluation.
• • Review submitted documentation for completeness and compliance; identify discrepancies and follow up with employers or partners
• • Maintain accurate, audit ready records in accordance with programme and organisational requirements
• • Liaise with Members, Training Providers, call centre and relevant departments for appeals and enquiries
• • Checking of membership status
• • Update internal database and prepare reports
• • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

✅ Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in any field
