Assistant Duty Manager (Hotel & Serviced Apartment)

Work Location:

• Hotel JJH

• JJH Service Apartment

Salary: S$2,500 – S$2,800 per month (depending on experience)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the hotel and serviced apartment.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out.

• Manage reservations and booking enquiries.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

• Conduct room inspections before guest arrivals.

• Ensure cleanliness of all common areas and guest rooms.

• Prepare daily operational reports.

• Follow up on maintenance issues until completion.

• Handle TTLock access and guest self-check-in.

• Ensure SOPs are followed by all staff.

• Assist with tenant renewals, handovers and room viewings.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• No experience required, training provided.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email and WhatsApp).

• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
