Social Media / Marketing Video Content Creator

As our Head of Content & Marketing, you will be the creative engine and strategic mastermind behind our brand. You will own the entire marketing funnel—from conceptualizing high-level brand campaigns (like our energetic Chinese New Year promos) to getting your hands dirty shooting reels and designing ad creatives. You are a storyteller, a data-driven marketer, and a massive pet lover all rolled into one.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing calendar (Social Media, Email, Website, In-Store).

• Act as the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring consistency in our tone of voice, visual aesthetics (championing our vibrant color palettes!), and brand messaging across all touchpoints.

• Plan and lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

Content Creation & Social Media:

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Write compelling, conversion-driven copy for organic social posts, email newsletters, and website landing pages.

• Stay ahead of social media trends and audio trends to keep the brand culturally relevant and highly engaging.

Performance Marketing & Ad Creatives:

• Design high-converting ad creatives (graphics and short-form video) for paid platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

• A/B test ad visuals, copy, and formats to continuously improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

• Analyze content performance metrics and translate data into actionable creative strategies.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management (experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Pet industries is a massive plus).

• Creative Chops: Strong graphic design and video editing skills. Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), Canva, or Figma, as well as native mobile editing apps (CapCut).

• Strategic Mindset: You don't just make pretty things; you understand why you are making them and how they drive sales and community growth.

• Pet Passionate: A genuine love for animals. You know what makes pet parents tick and how to communicate with them authentically.
