Associate / AVP – Equity Derivatives Operations

Your new company

Our client is one of the largest financial services company in the world, and they are currently seeking an Associate / AVP – Equity Derivatives Operations to join their team in Singapore.

Your new role

• Manage the post-trade lifecycle of Equity Total Return Swaps (TRS) and other OTC Equity Derivatives, including trade booking, affirmation, amendments and lifecycle events.
• Manage daily cash and securities settlement for Equity Derivatives transactions and monitor settlement status.
• Set up new client accounts and maintain static data within the trading system following completion of client onboarding and KYC.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, clearing agents and liquidity providers to facilitate smooth trade processing and settlement.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, Settlement or Operations within a securities firm, prime broker, investment bank or capital markets institution.
• Experience supporting Equity Total Return Swaps (TRS) or other Equity Derivatives is highly preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
