BIM Modeller/ Coordinator

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Working days: 5.5 days

Location: Project site at Central

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and shop drawings for regulatory approval and on-site construction.

• Detect, flag, and report structural/MEP clashes to the Project Design Team to prevent construction errors.

• Assist the design team with Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure all drawing submissions meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of Singapore construction experience (contractor background preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, specifically Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation (AECOsim).

• Proven track record in producing high-quality construction shop drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently under pressure, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
