Job Summary

As a Patient Service Associate, you will support clinic operations by managing patient appointments, assisting doctors, providing patient education, and ensuring smooth administrative and cashiering processes.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments accurately to optimize clinic workflow
• Manage email, phone, and in-person enquiries to provide timely and clear information to patients
• Assist doctors with simple procedures to support clinical operations
• Provide chaperone assistance to patients to ensure their comfort and safety during visits
• Educate patients on treatment plans and provide financial counselling to clarify costs and payment options
• Prepare and dispense medications following clinic protocols to ensure patient safety
• Perform cashiering duties and daily settlements to maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patients
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment by multitasking and prioritizing duties effectively
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support clinic operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O, Higher NITEC, or NITEC qualification
• Ability to communicate in additional languages to assist international clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient interactions
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with training provided for candidates without prior experience
