*URGENT!!* Staff Nurse Needed! (Perm/Locum, Islandwide) #HFT

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective and patient-centred nursing care according to established clinical standards and protocols.

• Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs and identify changes in patients’ health status.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed.

• Assist doctors and multidisciplinary teams in the assessment, treatment and management of patients.

• Perform nursing procedures and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication, procedures and post-discharge care.

• Maintain a safe, clean and conducive clinical environment in accordance with infection control and workplace safety guidelines.

• Participate in emergency situations and respond appropriately according to hospital protocols.

• Ensure proper handling, preparation and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.

• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, training and continuing professional development.

• Perform any other nursing duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Relevant nursing experience preferred, enquire for details about availabilities
• Good communication, interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, responsible and patient-focused.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required. (Office hours roles available as well)
