Job Summary

Provide professional facial, skincare, and beauty treatments while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, skin analysis, and safe use of equipment in a clean and hygienic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional facial, skincare, and beauty treatment services tailored to customer needs
• Conduct detailed skin analysis to recommend appropriate beauty treatments and skincare products
• Perform facial cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and other skincare procedures accurately
• Provide basic body care and beauty treatments based on individual customer requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and beauty equipment consistently
• Explain treatment procedures clearly and offer suitable after-treatment care advice to customers
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to enhance service experience
• Keep accurate customer treatment records and follow up on ongoing treatment needs
• Operate beauty equipment and products safely and according to company guidelines
• Adhere strictly to company procedures, workplace safety, and hygiene standards
