INTERFACE MANAGER

1. Minimum 10 years of working experience with strongconstruction background, with at least 8 years of experience in theconstruction

industry.

2. Possess a degree in architecture or engineering orrecognized degree in the relevant field by the PEB / BOA of Singapore orpossess an equivalent recognised accreditation acceptable to the OIC.

3. Strong experience in project management and sitecoordination, preferably in large scale civil and infrastructure work andmultidisciplinary construction projects.

4. Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/problem solving skills.

5. Able to understand technical drawings, specifications andrequirements.

6. Able to work independently, a strong team player andcapable of handling fast-paced projects.

7. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communicationskills forcollaboration with stakeholders across all levels.

8. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

9. Good working knowledge of MS Office, and competent in thepreparation of PowerPoint presentations.

10. Proficient in coordinating multi-disciplinaryintegration between trades and packages, able to lead and resolve integrationand interfacing issues.
