Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing to the company's overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial engagement to follow-up

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide ongoing support

• Generate new leads through various business development and outreach activities

• Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients when required

• Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for business growth

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience

• Participate in company events, networking activities and promotional initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Comfortable interacting with clients and developing new relationships

• Able to work independently as well as within a team

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, account management or business development will have an advantage

Working Arrangement

• Full-time position

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Office-based with external meetings when required
