Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop sales plans aligned with client segmentation, competitor analysis, and corporate revenue goals.
Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, mentor, train, and manage sales executives to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Client Acquisition & Negotiation: Lead high-stakes business negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close major B2B or regional deals.
Relationship & Channel Management: Build rapport with key industry stakeholders, manage distribution or sales channels, and boost customer retention rates.
Market Intelligence: Analyze local and regional demand, competitor activity, and industry trends to adjust sales tactics dynamically.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management
Strong hands-on site management experience and ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction / architectural / structural / M&E drawings
Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, safety requirements, quality standards, and project execution
Experience in cost control, subcontractor coordination, progress claims, variation orders, and project documentation
Proven ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Sales-minded and commercially aware, with the ability to develop business opportunities and secure projects
Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Able to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Project will be an advantage
Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred
Candidates with existing client network or proven track record in bringing in projects will have an added advantage
