Customer Service & Order Management Executive (Tai Seng, 5 Days, $3.8k)

Salary: $3,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Work Location: Tai Seng (near MRT Station)
Industry: Polymer / Specialty Chemicals

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, quotations and order processing.
• Liaise with customers to clarify orders, confirm delivery schedules and provide updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier deliveries and inventory requirements.
• Monitor customer forecasts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain customer relationships and support service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor product pricing and assist with invoicing, payment follow-up and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, environmental and company procedures.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management
• Experience in polymers, chemicals or a related industry is advantageous
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP Business One experience preferred
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders effectively
• Singaporean only need apply
