Lead / Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintainindustrial automation software using C++, C# and WPF.
• Develop Windows-based applications usingWindows API, C++ STL, templates and memory management techniques.
• Program motion control cards and distributedI/O systems for machine control and sensor integration.
• Implement reliable hardware/softwarecommunication protocols.
• Optimize application performance usingmultithreading, synchronization, events, mutexes and memory-mapped files.
• Develop user interfaces with WPF/WinUI whererequired.
• Write clean, maintainable, andwell-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanicalengineers to deliver software that meets system requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and stay currentwith industrial automation and C++ technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing industrialautomation software with C++, C#, and WPF.
• Hands-on experience with motion control cardsand distributed I/O systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows API,multithreading, synchronization, and memory management.
• Solid understanding of C++ Standard Libraryand templates.
• Experience with Borland/Embarcadero C++Builder VCL is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, andproblem-solving skills.
