Beauty consultant

Location : Central
Working hours: 5 days a week, 10am-8pm

Job Scope:

• Deliver slimming treatments using advanced machines to help clients achieve desired results.
• Build strong rapport with clients and provide professional customer care throughout their treatment journey.
• Monitor clients’ treatment progress and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Promote and upsell packages, treatments, and beauty products to achieve sales targets.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatment plans and packages.
• Follow up with existing clients to encourage retention, package renewals, and repeat business.

Requirement:
• Prior experience in beauty/slimming industry preferred

• Strong sales-driven mindset and leadership skills
