Temp Patient Service Associate | $10.50/hr | 16 Weeks | Sengkang

📍 Location: Sengkang
📄 Contract: 16 weeks – Maternity Cover
📅 Start: Mid-September 2026
💰 Salary: $10.50/hour
🕘 Working Hours:
• Mon–Fri: 8.00am–5.00pm
• Sat: 8.00am–12.00pm
• 44 hours/week
• Some days may start at 7.00am or 7.30am – earlier start means earlier finish

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Provide friendly and professional frontline service to patients

• Register patients and schedule appointments

• Promote and assist patients with digital healthcare services

• Guide patients in using self-service kiosks

• Manage patient flow and respond to general enquiries

• Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned

• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
