Warehouse Assistant - [East | Up to $2700 | Mass Hiring] - WY

Job Description

• Locations: Changi South / Changi North / Greenwich / Alps Avenue / Tampines

• Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)

• Salary: Up to $2700 + AWS + Joining Bonus + OT

• 5 Days Morning Shift: 8am - 5:45pm / 8:30am - 6:15pm

• 5 Days Afternoon Shift: 11:15am - 9pm / 1:15pm - 11pm / 1:45am - 11:30pm (Shift allowance: +$10/day)

• 5 Days Night Shift: 8pm - 545am / 8:30pm - 6:15am / 11pm - 845am (Shift allowance: +$15/day)

• 4 Days 12 hours Shift – (morning shift $12/day, night shift $20/day)

Key responsibilities

• Perform inbound, outbound, picking, packing and material handling activities

• Conduct inventory checks, stocktaking and cycle counts

• Update warehouse system records and documentation accurately

• Perform visual inspection of shipments and report discrepancies

• Maintain 5S, safety and quality standards within the warehouse

• Support supervisors in achieving productivity and operational KPIs

• Participate in process improvement initiatives

• Ensure work is completed efficiently and according to required quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, storekeeping or logistics operations

• Basic understanding of warehouse systems and documentation

• Forklift / MHE license is an advantage

• Comfortable working at height and willing to work overtime when required
