Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects related to film production, corporate videos, aerial filming, and visual content services. The role involves managing client communications, preparing business proposals, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with production teams to ensure successful project execution.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Identify and secure new business opportunities for film production, corporate videos, aerial filming, and other visual content projects.

2. Develop relationships with production houses, corporate clients, advertising agencies, and industry partners.

3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable production solutions.

4. Prepare project proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Manage client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.

5. Coordinate with creative and production teams to support project planning and delivery.

6. Develop strategies to expand the company’s production services and market reach.

7. Monitor industry trends and identify potential projects and partnerships.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Knowledge of business development, sales, and client relationship management in the film, media, or creative production industry./

Understanding of video production workflows and project requirements. 2. Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents./

Strong negotiation and contract management skills. /

Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships. 3. Strong project coordination skills with creative and production teams./

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
