JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute diverse events from initial ideation to final delivery

• Collaborate closely with clients to transform their vision into exceptional event experiences

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure seamless logistical execution

• Develop and oversee event budgets to deliver high-impact results with cost-efficiency

• Identify and secure premium venues that align perfectly with specific event requirements

• Partner with marketing teams to drive event promotion and maximize attendee engagement

• Lead on-site logistics and coordinate teams to ensure flawless event-day operations

• Design engaging themes, creative layouts, and unique experiences for all attendees

• Evaluate post-event feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve future projects

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with high efficiency and meticulous attention to detail

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously

• Ability to thrive under pressure and provide proactive solutions to real-time challenges

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided
