Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high culinary standards
- Ensure consistency in food preparation, quality, and presentation
- Monitor inventory, food safety, and kitchen hygiene
- Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Experience within professional restaurant environments
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
