We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the production of croissants & laminated pastries
- Oversee daily baking & production
- Maintain consistency in quality, texture & presentation
- Guide and train the baking team
- Manage production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time
- Handle dough preparation, lamination, proofing & baking
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a baker, preferably in a lead/head baker role
- Strong experience with croissants & laminated products is a MUST
- Good understanding of fermentation, proofing & baking
- Able to work independently and lead a team
- Detail-oriented and passionate about quality
- Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment
