Job Summary

Tashan is hiring Senior Assembly Technicians for certified production roles at our Tai Seng facility. This role rewards experienced operators directly for their output — the more you produce, the more you take home.

Responsibilities

Execute certified assembly procedures in a cleanroom environment following programme specifications

Perform precision assembly tasks demonstrating technical competency and consistent quality

Support and guide peer operators on task methods and production standards to maintain quality

Maintain accurate production records and documentation according to programme requirements

Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Communicate task issues and escalate promptly to supervisors to resolve production challenges

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 1 year experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production

Certified or experienced in structured precision assembly tasks

Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and process orientation

Ability to work independently and maintain high output in a structured environment

Punctuality and reliability to ensure consistent attendance impacting monthly earnings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (moved here from Required as this is a nationality-based exclusion)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (5-day work week)
