Job Summary

Tashan is hiring a Lead Assembly Technician to anchor production operations at our Tai Seng facility. This is a senior hands-on role for an experienced operator ready to take floor-level ownership — leading a team, driving output, and earning at the top of the range.

Responsibilities

Lead floor-level production execution across assigned programme tasks in a cleanroom environment to meet quality and output targets

Assign tasks and communicate production instructions clearly to Senior and Assembly Technicians to ensure smooth workflow

Monitor team task execution quality and output consistency to maintain high production standards

Identify and promptly escalate attendance, performance, and task anomalies to the supervisor for timely resolution

Perform advanced certified assembly procedures accurately according to programme specifications

Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and documentation to comply with programme requirements

Enforce safety standards and ensure PPE compliance among team members at all times

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 3 years experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production

Prior experience leading or coordinating a small production team

Certification in structured precision assembly with proven quality output

Strong documentation discipline and process orientation

Ability to drive team performance while maintaining personal output targets

Punctuality, reliability, and ability to remain composed under production pressure
