Locum Admin Assistant (Gul Drive, Up to $15/hr, Monthly Incentive) #HJY

Location: Gul Drive (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
Duration: Long Term Locum

Salary: $13/hr - $15/hr (+$180/month (subject to eligibility))
Attendance Incentive (+$180/month):
Eligible upon meeting both conditions:
✅ Minimum 180 working hours per month (including weekdays & weekends)
✅ Complete a cumulative 10 shifts on Mondays and/or Tuesdays each month

Working days and hours:
Roster includes weekdays, weekends and pre/post PH when required.
Weekdays (Rostered)
- AM: 9.00am – 5.30pm
- PM: 12.00pm – 9.00pm
- Full Shift: 9.00am – 9.00pm

Weekends (Rostered)
- PM: 1.00pm – 9.00pm

Job Description:
- General administrative duties

Job Requirements:
- Able to use Microsoft Office to register patients (100+ patients/day)
- Able to commit 4–5 shifts per week on a long-term locum basis
- Willing to rotate between different centres
- Able to commit to minimum 6 months
