Order Processor (1 year contract renewable or convertible) #TJTL

JOB SCOPE

• Process and enter customer orders accurately into the system.

• Prepare quotations and handle purchase and sales activities.

• Liaise with customers on order requirements and provide updates.

• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for smooth order fulfilment.

• Track and update order status and maintain proper records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder preferred.

• Prior experience in order processing and quotation preparation is required.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• 8.30am to 4 pm (1 day wfh per week + flexible working hours)
