Accounts Payable Executive (1 year Contract renewable) #TJTL

JOB SCOPE

• Process and enter supplier invoices into the system.
• Check invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Perform basic invoice and payment reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment matters.
• Maintain proper filing and accounting records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge or experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.
• Comfortable with data entry and Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
