Job Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees using the Infotech payroll system.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.

• Support performance management and employee performance review processes.

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee documentation.

• Prepare HR documents including: Job offer letters, Employment letters, Internship contracts, Short-term contracts, Warning letters and Certification letters

• Liaise with line managers on recruitment requirements and employee performance matters.

• Manage compensation and benefits matters.

• Process and administer government-related leave claims, including: Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Shared Parental Leave, and NS Make-Up Pay claims

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource or relevant fields

• Relevant HR experience with hands-on exposure to payroll and HR administration.

• Experience managing payroll and HR processes independently will be an advantage.
