Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.

• Manage marketing calendars and ensure campaigns align with brand and business objectives.

• Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Consumer Events & Brand Activations

• Plan and execute consumer-facing events such as roadshows, cooking demonstrations, sampling events, workshops and brand collaborations.

• Manage events from ideation and vendor coordination to logistics and on-site execution.

• Work with partners, influencers and communities to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Evaluate event performance and recommend improvements for future activations.

Creative & Digital Marketing Support

• Coordinate the development of marketing assets such as online banners and e-commerce visuals.

• Prepare creative briefs and ensure materials follow campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

• Review marketing creatives for accuracy, clarity and effectiveness.

Customer Feedback & Community Engagement

• Work with the digital agency to monitor customer feedback across social media, email and website channels.

• Ensure customer enquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

• Work with internal teams to address recurring customer issues and improve customer experience.

Packaging & Label Compliance

• Support packaging updates according to brand and market requirements.

• Assist in ensuring product packaging and labels are accurate and comply with local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a relevant discipline.

• Experience in traditional/offline marketing, events, roadshows, campaigns or brand activations is highly preferred.

• Strong project coordination and execution skills.

• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
