AI & Digital Transformation Consultant

Role Description

This role sits at the intersection of:

• AI & Digital Transformation
• Business Consulting
• Workforce & Change Transformation

This is a facilitation and transformation role, bridging business, workforce, technology, and people.

You will work closely with SMEs, clients, business stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to drive practical AI adoption, business transformation, and capability development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support digital and AI transformation initiatives for external stakeholders and clients
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency
• Analyse business processes and recommend practical transformation solutions
• Manage transformation projects from planning through implementation
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and capability development
• Work across business, technology, and workforce teams to ensure successful implementation
• Support data-driven decision-making and longer-term innovation initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of working experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives for external clients
• Exposure to AI transformation initiatives is advantageous
